Understanding Commercial Leases
Your lease is a contract between you and your landlord. A lease can be for a short term (as little as one month) or long term, and it can be written or oral -- although a lease for more than a year must be in writing to be legally enforceable. Some people use the phrase "rental agreement" to describe a short or oral lease for which rent is typically paid once a month and the tenancy can be terminated on a 30-day written notice. To avoid confusion, we'll stick to the word "lease." .

Solar Variability Most Likely Not the Cause of Global Warming
Northern Hem doesn't have the H2O buffer to handle that, but different theories propose glaciers/Ice age vs real desertification/drought at lower latitudes. Name your poison. The Sun has a variation in how much energy it outputs but this variability is only about one tenth of one percent. The pattern of atmospheric heating since the 1960s is showing an increase with the increase in human activity (industry, transportation, power generation) and neither are showing signs of slowing down… (more…) […] Forester Says: February 21st, 2008 at 5:41 pm I feel you may have inadvertantly misrepresented the case for Solar influence.
February 2008
Eliot Spitzer was one of six governors interviewed about the presidential contest by The Washington Post at the National Governor's Association in D.C. Asked what advice he would give to Hillary Clinton, whom he has endorsed and pledged to cast a superdelegate ballot for, Spitzer said: "I'd tell her keep doing what she's been doing," adding: "She's making a powerful case." But the governor also made no secret of his admiration for Barack Obama, saying: "Let's face it, Barack emotes in a way that is remarkable." Asked later whether he believes experience is necessary to bring about real change in government, Spitzer answered, rather diplomatically and in his typical wonky way (he also employed the Spitzeresque buzzword "pivotal" during the interview): "It's not a binary choice." On his own record, Spitzer listed Medicaid reform and increased education spending (which he has proposed curtailing to some degree this year) as his most significant accomplishments.
For Clinton, Ohio and Texas become key states to win
That is why Senator Obama's message resonates so much with us. As I've followed the campaigns, I see him behaving the most honorably and graciously of all. He is a Christian who quotes the most Christian of all principles, which is to be your brothers/sister's keeper (essentially to care for each other) and his message of hope is so important in our world today. I'm also glad he has some Muslim roots because I think that will give him an edge in majority Islamic countries where he will be listened to and respected more because of that. It's too bad that so many Americans don't realize this, but instead focus on being afraid of Muslims and seeing them as enemies. .

"But we are fairly certain most people will be in the $4-to-$7 increase range depending on kilowatt-hours used." .
